Multi-trade work at an active medical campus: concrete and the front entrance reconstruction, stud framing, drywall, ceilings, paint and flooring, plus retaining and stone walls on the surrounding site.

Long Island V.A. Medical Center

Governors Island — Fort Barracks Restoration
National Monument site
Restoration work on part of the fort barracks in New York Harbor: historic-fabric repair on a National Monument site, with every material and detail approved before installation. All labor, equipment and materials arrived by ferry on a scheduled window, which set the pace of the whole job.

Border Patrol Stations — Northeast New York
U.S. Border Patrol
A multi-year, multi-site renovation program across the North Country, including one full building build-out. Work ran at secured, staffed stations on 24-hour operations, which meant tight phasing, escorted access and no unplanned outages.
