Bart's credentials span over 30 years of progressive construction management experience. Across large-scale residential and commercial projects he has become known as a problem-solver. He and his team have continued to serve their customers by completing projects on time and to each client's approval.
Vincent Kaufmann
Owner & Partner
Vincent Kaufmann is the founder and principal of a finishing and restoration contracting firm with 47 years in the construction industry, serving markets in Denver, New York, and Southwest Florida. Born September 25, 1958, he was educated at Stella Niagara Military Academy in Lewiston, New York, and Bishop Timon High School in Buffalo, before attending Regis University in Denver, Colorado. He completed a union apprenticeship through Local 79 in Denver, where he launched his first business and later expanded operations to New York and, ultimately, Sarasota, Florida. His firm specializes in high-end finishes for multi-story waterfront high-rise properties along the Gulf Coast from Naples to Tampa, as well as large-scale hurricane restoration. That work has included managing crews of several hundred tradesmen across roofing, drywall, and structural rebuilds, with a peak in-house staff of 85 employees. Kaufmann has also extended his work internationally through humanitarian projects in Rwanda, where his efforts have focused on building churches, securing access to fresh water, and establishing working farms.
