Capabilities
What we self-perform, and what we manage
Concrete and sitework are the trades we own outright: crews, equipment and superintendents. Around that core we carry the interior and envelope trades needed to complete renovation work in occupied buildings, and we manage the balance through subcontractors we have used for years.
Self-performed
Concrete & sitework
Sidewalks, curb, aprons, pads, footings and foundations; retaining and stone walls; excavation, grading, drainage and site restoration.
Self-performed
Framing, drywall & finishes
Metal and wood stud framing, drywall, suspended and hard ceilings, paint, flooring, doors and hardware, bathroom and office build-out.
Managed & coordinated
Envelope & paving
Commercial EPDM roofing, windows and openings, asphalt paving and repair.
Managed & coordinated
MEP & standby power
Plumbing, electrical, heating and generator installations tied into renovation packages.
Specialty
Historic restoration. Masonry and structural repair on protected buildings, performed under the review process those buildings require. Our work on the Governors Island fort barracks was carried out to preservation standards on a National Monument site.
